Work

I'm currently part of the UX Platform team at Fastly, serving as Engineering Manager as we build out our design system and core tools and libraries.

Before Fastly I worked on various bits of WeedMaps, largely focused around their migration from AngularJS to React and Next.js

Prior to that I was an early hire at a startup called SpinGo which eventually became part of Events.com

At the core of it all, I thrive on the joy of building things for the web.

Personal

Originally hailing from the Seattle area, I did my high school years in Oklahoma City, followed by college in Utah. Post-graduation, I found my home in Tucson, Arizona, where I've been ever since.

Sharing this adventure with Rachelle and our three incredible kids 👧👦👶, along with the delightful company of our Shiba Inu 🐕, brings immeasurable joy to my life.

Beyond the screen, I find fulfillment in activities such as soccer, racquetball, tennis, hiking, running, and expressing my artistic side through music, whether playing the guitar or drums or listening while reading a good book.
